Right now there's nothing to cancel - Free is free and takes no card. But we're building Premium, and the whole point of TMC is that no trial should ever convert on you by surprise. Ours included.
So here's the commitment for the day Premium ships: if you ever start a paid trial with us, you'll get the same reminder emails we send for every other trial we track - including one final note before we'd charge you:

If you don't upgrade, we don't charge you. You keep the free tracker, the dashboard, and the email reminders. The only thing that changes is you skip the paid extras - no ghosting, no silent conversion.
We may be the only company that emails you to remind you to cancel it. That's the whole idea.

The questions you're probably asking
- What does the Free tier actually give me?
- The full tracker. Sign up, paste any merchant signup email, and our AI extracts the trial details and its charge date - or add a trial by hand. Everything lands on your dashboard with a live countdown, and we email you 7, 3, and 1 day before each charge. Add as many trials as you want; we don't cap the Free tier.
- Do I need a credit card to use TMC?
- No. Free needs no card, and there's no payment system at all yet - nothing to charge, nothing to cancel. When Premium launches you'll be able to choose to pay for the extras, and even then we'll email you before any charge. (If we ran silent conversion we'd have to add ourselves to our own warning list.)
- Are the reminders texts or emails?
- Emails. Every reminder - 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before a charge - arrives in your inbox. We don't send texts, so there's no phone number to hand over.
- When does Premium launch, and what will it cost?
- It's coming soon - planned at $11.99/mo. Premium adds detailed step-by-step cancellation guides, The Promise make-it-right guarantee, and Keep Bonus credits. There's no buy button yet; join the waitlist and we'll tell you the moment it's live.
- What's “The Promise”?
- A Premium make-it-right guarantee: if you followed our cancellation guide, cancelled before the deadline, and were still charged, we'll credit you back. The policy is already published - read The Promise → - and it goes into effect when Premium ships.
- How will the Keep Bonus work?
- For every trial you track with TMC and decide to keep past the merchant's refund window, Premium subscribers will earn credit toward their own Premium subscription. The merchant pays us when you keep; we share some back with you. How we get paid →
